Run by volunteers, accountable to all of them.
We publish our bylaws, our budget, and every board decision openly. No hidden committees, no permanent thrones — leadership rotates, and every active member earns a vote.
Four rules we govern by
Radical transparency
Bylaws, financials, and meeting notes are public from day one.
Earned voting rights
Reach insider status and you get a real say — not a survey.
Rotating leadership
Every role has a term limit. No one stays at the top by default.
Conflict-of-interest first
Disclosed before any decision. Recused before any vote.
The Board
Seven seats, two-year terms. Sets strategy, approves the budget. Elected by the assembly.
The Council
Lane leads from each career path plus regional reps. Reviews tasks, recommendation criteria, and member appeals.
The Assembly
Every insider-tier volunteer. Votes on bylaws, board elections, and any motion gathering 50+ signatures.
How a decision actually happens
